To keep this stone stable and long-lasting, this turquoise has been stabilized. The shape is shaped like a teardrop, called "pear" in the jewelry industry. 

This stone has a natural inclusion on head of the stone (the side opposite the point), which can not be seen from the top. Once mounted, it won't be noticeable at all. This cab would be a great size for an engagement ring or fashion ring.
