Unfortunately, many jade sellers on the internet are selling treated jadeite as "natural." Additionally, many sellers sell dyed green quartz and other jadeite simulants as "natural jadeite jade."

'B Jade' is brittle, common, and has little value. It can even leak acid onto the wearers skin! By definition, B Jade has been acid-bleached and impregnated with polymer, wax, or resin.
